Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail account to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email boxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just choose the e-mail box account you wish to forward mails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
